This Cookie Policy is issued by ENJOY S.R.L.S., with registered office at Via Volta 54 – 73042 Casarano (LE) – Italia, VAT no. 04843110752 (the «Controller»), pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit send to your device, where they are stored and then sent back to those websites on your next visit. Alongside cookies there are other tracking tools with a similar function (local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs): unless otherwise stated, this document also applies to those tools.
Cookies may be first-party, installed by the website operator, or third-party, installed by other parties; by duration they may be session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent.

2.3 Marketing and profiling cookies (consent required)
These are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to display personalised advertising, including on third-party websites. They are not installed until the user gives consent.

2.4 Third-party content
Some pages may contain links to or components of external services (PayPal for payments, WhatsApp for direct contact, the Controller's social media profiles). Opening those services entails the processing of data under their respective notices, over which the Controller has no control: PayPal, WhatsApp, Meta, LinkedIn, X.
3. Legal basis
Technical and security cookies are installed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and under the exemption provided by Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. Third-party analytics cookies and marketing cookies are installed solely on the basis of the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected through the banner shown on the first visit.
4. How to give, change or withdraw consent
On your first visit a banner is displayed allowing you to accept all cookies, reject them all or choose category by category. Until a choice is made, no non-necessary tracking tool is activated. Simply continuing to browse, scrolling the page or clicking on an element of the website does not amount to consent.
Your choice can be changed or withdrawn at any time, with no detriment, from the preferences panel:
When consent is withdrawn, the website stops loading third-party scripts and deletes the Google cookies present on this domain. Cookies already installed by third parties on other domains can be removed from your browser settings. In any case, consent is requested again after 6 months.
5. Managing cookies from your browser
You can also manage cookies directly from your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may impair the operation of the website.

6. Transfers outside the EU and data subject rights
