This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website www.stampa6x3.com and of the seipertre app (the «Website»). Accessing and using the Website implies full acceptance of the provisions set out below.

1. Website operator

Information provided pursuant to Article 2250 of the Italian Civil Code, Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on electronic commerce and Article 49 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code).

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is dedicated to the sale of digital and offset printing services (posters, banners, advertising material and similar products) and allows users to register an account, upload the files to be printed, place orders and track their status. Sales are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which prevail over this Legal Notice in the event of conflict as regards the contractual relationship.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Website – including but not limited to text, images, graphics, layouts, logos, trade marks, domain names, source code, databases and any other material – belongs to ENJOY S.R.L.S. or to its respective licensors and is protected by Italian Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941 on copyright, by Italian Legislative Decree No. 30 of 10 February 2005 (Industrial Property Code) and by the applicable international conventions.

Reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, publication and any other use, in whole or in part, of the content of the Website is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the Controller, except for personal, non-commercial use and the free uses expressly permitted by law. The systematic extraction and re-utilisation of the content of the Website's databases is likewise prohibited, as is the use of automated data collection systems (unauthorised scraping or crawling) for commercial purposes or for training artificial intelligence systems.

4. User-uploaded content

Users who upload files for printing declare and warrant that they hold all necessary rights (copyright, trade mark rights, image releases for any individuals depicted, consents for the use of any personal data contained in the files) and that the content does not infringe third-party rights, mandatory rules of law, public policy or public morals.

The Controller exercises no prior editorial control over the files received and merely reproduces them in accordance with the user's instructions. The Controller reserves the right to refuse to process content that is manifestly unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or contrary to law, giving notice to the user. The user shall indemnify and hold the Controller harmless against any claim, damage, cost or expense, including legal fees, arising from a breach of the warranties set out in this article.

Reports of allegedly unlawful content published or reproduced through the Website may be sent to info@stampa6x3.com, specifying the content complained of, the reasons for the report and the reporting party's contact details.

5. Use of the Website and restrictions

Users are prohibited from:

• using the Website for unlawful purposes or in breach of this Legal Notice;
• attempting to access restricted areas, other users' accounts or the Controller's systems without authorisation;
• introducing viruses, malware or code capable of damaging or interfering with the operation of the Website;
• subjecting the Website to abnormal loads or unauthorised automated querying techniques;
• transferring their access credentials to third parties; users are solely responsible for keeping those credentials secure.

The Controller reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts used in breach of these provisions, without prejudice to compensation for damages.

6. Availability of the Website and limitation of liability

The Controller undertakes to keep the Website accessible and up to date but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Website may be suspended, in whole or in part, for maintenance or upgrade work or for reasons beyond the Controller's control, including without notice.

The Controller is not liable for damage arising from the inability to access the Website, from interruptions, malfunctions or network delays, or from improper use of the information contained in it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law, which remain unaffected. The information published is of an informative nature: any technical indications concerning formats, materials and production times do not constitute a guarantee of result unless expressly agreed in the contract.

Colours displayed on screen may differ from printed colours for technical reasons relating to colour profiles and monitor calibration: the reproductions shown on the Website are therefore purely indicative.

7. Links to third-party websites

The Website contains links to websites operated by third parties (including PayPal, WhatsApp, the app marketplaces and the Controller's social media profiles). Such links are provided for the user's convenience: the Controller has no control over those websites and accepts no liability for their content, their availability or the data processing carried out on them, which is governed by their respective notices.

8. Personal data protection and cookies

The processing of users' personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; the use of cookies and other tracking tools is described in the Cookie Policy. Cookie preferences can be changed at any time from the preferences panel.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to info@stampa6x3.com or by certified e-mail to enjoysrls.le@pec.it. The Controller undertakes to reply within 30 days of receipt.

Under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers resident in the European Union may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, as well as the mediation procedures provided for by Italian Legislative Decree No. 28 of 4 March 2010 and by Articles 141 et seq. of the Consumer Code. Recourse to these tools is optional.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Italian law. For disputes involving users qualifying as consumers within the meaning of Article 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the place where the consumer resides or has elected domicile, if located in Italy. For disputes involving users acting in the course of their business or profession, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Lecce.

11. Accessibility

The Controller works to make the Website usable by as many people as possible, having regard to the WCAG guidelines. Anyone experiencing difficulty accessing content or features may report this to info@stampa6x3.com: the report will be handled and, where possible, an alternative means of accessing the service will be provided.

12. Changes

The Controller may amend this Legal Notice at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with the date of the last update, and applies to all access occurring after publication.
